  3. Section Changer is a dirt-simple Host 2.0 utility designed to move
  4. messages from one section to another. That’s all there is to it.
  5. It’s useful for those times when a new Echo has been routed by
  6. mistake to Tabby’s UNKNOWN area or when you’re reorganizing your
  7. message sections.

  9. Launch it, tell it what section to move, tell it the destination and
  10. choose the MSGHDR file from the standard file dialog.
  11.  
  12. Section Changer was written in ZBasic.
